My current favorite Thai vegan restaurant. My go to meal is the chicken chow mien, orange chicken , and the house salad. The service has always been good. Always consistent. Give it a try!
This restaurant has been a family favorite since I was a kid! Before being vegan was mainstream we used to eat here since it was near my moms office. I never knew as a kid that the chicken was soy chicken which also tells you how good it is. The food is extremely fresh and the service is incredible. Some of my favorite things to order are the French fries, the protein salad( the dressing that comes with it is to die for), a young coconut, pad see ew, spicy chow mein, the crispy soy chicken as an appetizer (also comes with a great sweet sauce).... If you want some great vegan food, look no further!
Bright Star has the BEST vegan food in the Inland Empire! Their prices are fair for the quality and quantity you receive, the food is absolutely delicious, and the staff is courteous and professional. This is my go-to place for an amazing meal anytime I'm in the area. I'll definitely be coming back here!
Tried Thai food for the 1st time it was really good service was fast and hygienic nice to place to hangout
This restaurant is like a treasure in the forest. One of the most flavorful thai vegan food I have tried. I really liked the spicy basil noodles and red curry. And what amazes me is their pricing. In the expensive California they are providing quality vegan food that is delicious at very good prices even cheaper than the non vegan foods.
Service and staff is very friendly kind and warm. Ambience is zen
We visited for the first time on a Saturday around 12:30 and they were not busy at that time. We were seated right away and offered some ice water.
Our order:
Orange chicken (soy chicken) with fried brown rice 12.99
Kung Pao with soy beef, peanuts, onions, bell peppers, fried brown rice 12.99
The orange chicken was crispy and the sauce had a nice flavor.
My husband enjoyed the Kung Pao and said, it definitely could have been spicier.
Portion size was good and price was as well, considering there are some vegan places put there who cost an arm and a leg.
We enjoyed our food and would come back.
